The company name comes from the combined technology of crowdsourcing (gathering evidence or information from a group of people) and geofencing (using a smart device's location-based services).  In the summer of 2018, the company developed it's own facial recognition and prediction engine to increase our robust application offerings.

Angell has a twelve year career in law enforcement with an assignment as an Internet Crimes Against Children Detective, four years as a Port Security Specialist assigned to Port Security Unit 307 (St Pete, FL) during Operating Iraqi Freedom and four years as a government consultant on Body Worn Cameras and use of sUAS in law enforcement.

Kevin has a Masters of Science in Administration of Security and Justice, is currently a Doctoral Candidate in Criminal Justice and has taken numerous Computer Science course from Harvard University.
